- Sign on to authority official site at www.osssc.gov.in.Click on Register
- Click on Register
- Click “New User” link, if joining for a Post for the 1st Time.
- Clicking on the new user, you will see Instruction Page will look on the computer screen.
- Scroll down and read the complete guidance correctly and click on “Proceed to Registration.” button
- A popup will appear, click “OK” to continue.
- Select the button “Yes/ No” provided in the box below as applicable.
- Enter User Name of your preference
- After that click on “Check Availability.”
- Select Your Post Preference, if any*
- Fill up the other details.
- Provide a Password Confirm it.
- Now Upload your Signature
- Enter “Captcha,”
- click on “Preview” button if all details are filled correctly then.
- Click “OK” to proceed
- Verify all the details & click on “Submit” to Register.
- Click ok to continue.
- A PDF format file of your details will create.
- Go to Account for Activation.
- Click on “Activate Account.”
It will ask for “you got the activation key?” - Select “Yes,” if you got the activation key and clicked on “Go For
- Activation of Account.”
- On activate account page, you just give your username and some more details.
- Enter the captcha and click on “Activate your Account” button.
- Now you see a Pop-up Window ” Your Account is activated.”
- Then click “OK” to finish the Activation Process
- Click on “Login” button.
- Click on Preview Registration to correct your details
- click “OK” to proceed
- A “Popup” will show the details you are required to Confirm your registration.
- Click “OK” to proceed

- On clicking “Confirm,” it will show an alert, Click “OK” to proceed
- Now you should make the Examination Fee pay Online or by Challan ” I prefer online payment mode.
- Click on link “Upload Treasury Challan for Fee Paid.” or online payment click on “Pay Online” Link
- After payment is successful, ”Apply Now” click “OK” to proceed
- Fill up the form with all needed data.
- Completing the entries in the form, click “Confirm Submission.”
- The pdf file generated in a separate tab.
- Download the Pdf & get a printout for future use.
