Age Limit:

In 18 to 25 years as on 01/01/2017.

Educational Qualification:

(Matric with twelfth) or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from a perceived Board or University or proportional.

Skill Test:

There is two Type of Skill Test For this Post

1. Shorthand Speed for ASI (Steno)
2. Typing Speed for HC (Min)

Shorthand Speed for ASI (Steno):

• Stenotype speed @ 80 words per minute in English
• OR In Hindi for 10 minutes.
• Transcription of dictation in English in 50 minutes on PC.
• OR transcription of notes in Hindi in 65 minutes on the computer.

Typing Speed for HC (Min):

• Writing with least speed of 35 words per minute in English
• OR 30 words per minute in Hindi corresponding to 10500 KDPH in English/9000 KDPH in Hindi with a score of 5 key depressions for each word on the computer. Time-10′ minutes.

BSF Recruitment 2017 Selection Process

Applicants will select in based on Written  Examination, Physical Standard Test (PST), Shorthand speed test, Typing Speed test, medicinal analysis.

Examination Fee:

No payment for SC/ ST/ Women/ Ex-Servicemen and Departmental (BSF) applicants. Applicants ought to pay Rs.100/ – by a crossed Bank Draft Postal Order for power to whom the application is tended to, payable at separate SBI/Post office at the area.

How to apply:

Applicants may send their certificate in prescribed format along with Self attested copies of his/ her certificates/ testimonials as proof of educational qualification

• Two self-addressed envelopes size 25×12 cms
• Attached postage stamps worth Rs.40/- to the concerned place given in notification on or before 02-01-2017 & 16-01-2017 for remote areas.
